- Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to every country inside Africa. So long as you're located on the African continent your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
- How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order. As you place an order in your cart, the delivery cost is automatically displayed in your cart. Delivery costs also vary based on the delivery address.
- How do you charge for delivery?
Your products are shipped by air from their respective locations to our distribution centre and then they are delivered to you. Our delivery charges are determined by weight (sometimes volumetric weight). We are proud to bring you the lowest charge and fastest delivery available anywhere.
- What delivery methods do you offer?
Wopeden has DHL and FedEx as our preferred delivery partners. With their proven track record and excellent service, we are totally confident of their ability to safely deliver your order to your doorstep.
- How long does it take to receive an order once placed?
It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to receive orders placed via our standard delivery from the time you make the payment for your order until the time you receive your order. Alternatively, it takes 7 to 10 working days if ordered Express. All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Florida, USA. The delivery period may be dependent on the delivery location.
- Can I pick up my order myself form your distribution centre?
No, our distribution centres operate in such a way that the moment your items arrive, they are inspected, processed and usually dispatched to you the very same day. We do not store individual orders for collection.
- Can I have an item delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes, you can have an item delivered to a different address from your billing address. You are allowed to specify more than one delivery address in your account and you can select which address to deliver to.
- Can I return a product I purchased?
Yes, you can return a product that you have purchased within 7 days of delivery in circumstances where the wrong product was delivered, the product delivered to you was faulty, defective or not as described. When returning a wrongly delivered product, please ensure that all the original wrapping and tags are intact and the product is unused and new. You will be fully reimbursed for the total of your order.
- Can I cancel a product ordered?
Yes, you can cancel an order that you have placed. Orders you place can be cancelled from your account area simply by logging in and reviewing your orders. Orders that have statuses as "Awaiting payment" or "Preparation in progress" can be cancelled. Orders that have statuses as "Shipped" or "Delivered" cannot be cancelled.
